We operate the e-shop at www.slackshop.cz.

To provide our services, sell goods and run our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Contact form and enquiries

If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you give us, mainly through the enquiry form. These are: first name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

For what purpose?

We use them to contact you and discuss the goods and services further.

On what legal basis?

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

For what purpose?

We need to process the personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, complaints or your questions.

On what legal basis do we process the data?

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

How long will we process the data?

For the duration of our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of the service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer who has made a purchase and did not object when buying, we will use your e-mail address to send you our news.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not object when making the purchase.

How long will we process the data?
